Qualifying The qualifying started at 16:55 on a damp track with a little bit of rain. The drivers went out on soft tyres under challenging circumstances. The circuit was too dry for rain tyres, and it was going to improve each lap even with the new drips of rain that fell.Jordan King was 13th fastest and Mahaveer Raghunathan 17th fastest in their first push lap. Qualifying It stopped raining after the Formula 2 qualifying. Some sectors stayed damp, so each new lap was going to be a faster one during the Formula 3 qualifying. The soft slick tyres were the tyres everybody picked and went out on track with. The tyre degradation wasn’t so high because of the damp circumstances, and many drivers were able to do five push laps after each other. Liam Lawson got twice the second-fastest lap time in his first two flying laps and even the fastest lap time in the third lap. Formula 3 at SPA with MP Motorsport

Qualifying The Formula 3 qualifying started straight after the Formula 2 qualifying in clear weather with 25 degrees. Everybody went straight out to stay in the rhythm of the tyres and field of drivers. Liam Lawson was 14th fastest after his first flying lap, Richard Verschoor 17th and Simo Laaksonen 20th. The second flying lap on their first set of tyres didn’t create enough of an improvement. The field went back in the pit for a new set of medium tyres. The Formula 2 races of this weekend canceled at SPA due to the serious accident that led to the loss of the driver Huber

After the bad accident in Race 1 in which Anthoine Hubert lost his life and the driver Juan Manuel Correa is still in serious condition, both Formula 2 races of this weekend have been canceled, while race 2 of the F3 will be disputed, preceded by from a minute of silence in memory of Anthoine. The F2 drivers will be present on the grid. Minute of silence that will be done even before the start of the F1 Grand Prix.
