The final race of the 2024 F2 triple-header took the team to a rainy Silverstone, playground for the British Grand Prix. After a weekend with highs and lows in Spielberg, scoring a team total of 25 points, we were looking forward to our growth for the second half of the season. Last weekend it was time for one of the most glamorous and prestigious grand prix of the calendar, the Monaco GP. Widely considered to be one of the most important races, the MP F2 team prepared to give it all they had. The race weekend started on Thursday with practice, where Drivers  managed to set a place inside the top ten. Dennis his pace was promising after setting the second-fastest time of the grid. Last weekend the MP F2 team travelled to the northern parts of Italy for the Imola GP. On the iconic race track our drivers set the sixth and ninth fastest times during the Practice Session on Friday, which felt like a good omen for the rest of the weekend. The Formula 2 championship is approaching the end with the penultimate race weekend at Jerez circuit. The MP Motorsport team, Draco Marketing partner, started the free practice with Sergio Camara in 4th place, while in qualifying the driver reached third position starting in the 2nd row. Jordan King started a bit more defective in the 7th row in the starting grid, but in race 1 the English driver made a great recovery by cutting the finish line to 6th place. After a morning qualifying session that was made difficult by traffic and saw André Negrao and Nico Muller close the session neck and neck, in P14 and P15 respectively, the second race of the Red Bull Ring F.Renault 3.5 weekend still brought Draco Racing a top ten finish and some points.
