The Russian Grand Prix will not take place. Formula 1 has officially announced that the race scheduled in Sochi in September cannot be held "given the current conditions". The decision, a consequence of the war in Ukraine, comes after a confrontation between the teams in Barcelona, on the occasion of the pre-championship tests. Clearly the Formula 2 calendar will also change this date by probably inserting another circuit. In the meantime, the collective tests will be held in Barhain and then the season will begin with the GP in Sakhir on March 19-20.

Final race weekend for Formula 2 in Abu Dhabi. The MP Motorsport team starts very well with the 2nd place of Jack Doohan in qualifying with which he gets the first row on the starting grid in the Feature Race. In the race the rookie loses positions and he is classified 11th, but he recovers in Race 2 with a good 8th place that gives him some points, but above all, with the grid reversed, he once again has the opportunity to start in the front rows. The penultimate Formula 2 GP brought some news for MP Motorsport, Draco Marketing team partner. Dutch team brought Jack Doohan fresh to the Formula 3 runner-up with the Italian Trident, in place of Verschoor. Doohan finds Clement Novalak as his teammate, already in agreement with MP for the whole of 2022, who replaces Lirim Zendeli. A good first race for the rookies: Jack Doohan was very close to reverse pole, but just missed out and finished 11th. Novalak lost a few positions but recovered to P14. It was 1990 when the Draco team won the Formula Opel championship with Rubens Barrichello and began a 20-year history of victories and satisfactions. Today Draco Marketing is a partner of the MP Motorsport team in supporting young drivers. And Rubens' son, Eduardo Barrichello, took to the track with the MP Motorsport car in Barcelona for the Formula Regional by Alpine tests on 16 and 17 November. A circle that closes in a beautiful decades-long history of Motorsport, which has led many drivers to success and is still present in the support of young people on the track.

Three days of collective tests for the Formula 3 circus at the Valencia track from Monday 1st November to Wednesday 3rd November. The MP Motorsport team tested three drivers on the track: Caio Collet, Franco Colapinto and Tijmen van der Helm. Very positive tests with excellent times that have seen Colapinto and Collet almost always in the top 10. The day of Tuesday was the one where the drivers tested the times, with Colapinto in first place in the afternoon session followed by Collet in third place, who also gained second position on Wednesday morning.

The Monza Grand Prix is always an emotion and once again Formula 1 and Formula 2 gave a spectacle this year. With the MP Motorsport team, Lirim Zendeli obtained the 15th place in race 1, then managing to recover with a 12th place in race 2 and the 8th position in race 3 with which he gained some points. His team-mate Richard Verschoor had to retire in race 1, while in race 2 he took 13th place. In race 3 Verschoor had reached the 7th place, but he was then disqualified for a calculation of weight lower than the regulation. Excellent performance for the MP Motorsport driver who in Zandvoort climbs to the top step of the podium by winning race 2 of Formula 3. After a good qualifying and an eighth place in race 1, Martins performs a perfect race with a great comeback. Starting from 5th position, the French rookie overtakes first Caldweel then Vesti and then Cohen after an exciting duel, until he reaches the leader Novalak who also overcomes him with ease.
