Intense days in the Barcelona circuit with the collective tests of Formula 3 and Formula 2.
Formula 2 took to the track for 3 days from Friday to Sunday, with a total of 6 rounds, where the MP Motorsport drivers achieved excellent performances. In the first day Richard Verschoor got the 2nd fastest time in the afternoon and Zendeli first 5th and then 7th. On the second day Verschoor immediately jumped to 1st place setting a time record in the morning and 3rd in the afternoon, with Zendeli 8th and 6th. On Sunday Zendeli 9th and 6th while Verschoor focused on the different set-ups for the race.
In the previous days, the 30 Formula 3 drivers had tested on the track for two days. MP Motorsport cars is present again in this championship, with Collet, Martins and Van der Helm. In particular, Victor Martins, leader of the first day, achieved great results. The French rookie, Eurocup Renault 2020 champion, set the first time in 1’31″743, leaving the second in the standings with 6 tenths of a second. The next day Martins replied with a 1st place, lowering his time again and winning the general pole of the test session.
